My work is centered on creating a grounded, supportive space where people can release what they’ve been carrying and reconnect with their bodies and inner stability.

I offer Reiki, chakra work, energy balancing, intuitive readings, and grounding guidance to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual balance.

 

My approach is gentle, steady, and rooted in presence. You don’t need to perform, explain, or push. You simply get to arrive as you are.
