Want to help Grounded Fire grow?
This community runs on real people. Not algorithms, not hustle, not perfection.
Just humans helping humans find their way in, feel seen, and get something useful out of the content.
Below is a menu of optional roles you can take on. Pick one that fits your time, energy, and personality.
No experience needed. No pressure. Start small.
Community Roles and Volunteer Crew

HOW THIS WORKS
A few ground rules so it stays healthy for everyone:
-
Choose a role that matches your actual bandwidth.
-
Consistency beats intensity. Ten minutes weekly is better than two hours once and then disappearing.
-
If you disappear for a while, you don’t owe anyone an explanation. Just come back when you can.
-
You’re not “responsible” for anyone’s healing. Your job is navigation and support, not saving people.
Simple Guidelines
These roles are optional. Nobody is being assigned anything.
If you feel pulled to help, jump in. If you don’t, just being here matters too.
Keep it sustainable. Do what fits your real life. Five minutes is valid. A single comment is valid. One timestamp is valid.
Be clear and kind. We can be direct without being cruel. If you’re unsure how something will land, aim for helpful, neutral, and respectful.
Don’t rescue. Your job is support and direction, not fixing people or carrying their emotions. If someone needs deeper help, point them to the right resource or simply let the mods know.
Respect privacy. Don’t share personal details about anyone, don’t screenshot private conversations, and don’t “call people out” by name.
Follow the space you’re in. YouTube rules on YouTube. Discord rules on Discord. If a moderator makes a call, we back it.
When in doubt, ask. If you’re unsure where something belongs or how to handle a situation, it’s always okay to tag a mod or send a quick message.
Easiest ways to jump in if you’re new: welcome someone in chat, leave a thoughtful comment, drop a timestamp.

No. This is volunteer support. You can step back anytime.
Can I do more than one role?
You can, but start with one. Let’s build steady, not fried.
Do I need experience?
No. If you can be kind, clear, and consistent, you’re qualified.
Will I get a title or badge?
We can absolutely credit roles publicly if you want that. Optional.
