Day 6 practice

As always, keep making it a habit to practice the methods from the previous days.

Today, you are going to use those previous skills to ask:

Whats next week going to be like for you?

Use the flower I talked about earlier to get answers.

Hold it in your mind when you ask the question.

What happens to the flower?

Try dreaming practice.

Keep practicing the habits from the previous days. Feel free to let me know how its going!

A lot of people receive messages or information in their dreams and don't even know it. Some people remember their dreams all of the time, and others not at all. It's all perfectly fine.

With this small practice the goal is just to start working on bringing some of what we experience while we sleep into our awareness, or pay more attention to it if you aren't already.

Put a pen and paper by your bedside. Not only so that you can record anything as soon as you wake up, but also to remind you to immediately to think about it, because we often forget dreams quickly.

Set an intention, think about a person you care about, or anything else that you want to connect with as you fall asleep.

Record any thing…

Wow! I feel that so deeply. I really appreciate ur insight Mel. It's been driving me nuts for a long time but it comes and goes so that definitely checks out with cycles. I feel like when I start feeling anxious and get wound up that I can't control it so I definitely go into autopilot

Day 4 of psychic practice

Day 4 of psychic practice

Continue with the previous tiny practices of meditating for just a few minutes to practice controlling your ming, and playing with the flower from day 3.

Keep asking questions as you go about your day and see how it responds.

Today, try to do something just a little differently than usual to get out of habit ruts. Drive a different direction to work, the store, or wherever else you go regularly.

Moving outside of your rut helps to free your mind to consider other possibilites even in everyday situations.

Super simple. but oddly effective.

Definitely working on the visualization but the color change was oddly easy. The driving is difficult because like most of us, we r on autopilot getting to our destinations but we definitely need to enjoy the ride more which I always do when my jeep top & doors come off. Spring here we come! 🌼

Day 3 Practice: Strengthening Clairvoyance

Day 3 Practice: Strengthening Clairvoyance

Continue your meditation practice today, even if it’s only for a minute. The goal right now is simply building the habit of quieting your mind.

Today we’re adding a simple clairvoyance exercise.

While you are meditating, or anytime during the day when you have a moment, close your eyes and imagine a flower in your mind. Any flower is fine. Just see it clearly in your inner vision.

If visualizing is difficult at first, that’s completely normal. You can use a real flower, a silk flower, or even a picture of one to help you build the image in your mind.

Once you can picture the flower, ask it to show you how it will respond when the answer to a question is no. Maybe the flower wilts, dries up, closes its petals, or changes color.

Skunks and Scarves

This was another poem I wrote on a whim. I'm pretty sure I was having some inner child work going on in the time period I wrote these. lol. They're so whimsical. I'll include the link to the blog post where I first put it if you are interested in my thoughts about it at the time.

Skunks and Scarves

Skunks and scarves.

Dancing in circles.

Salty wounds and crazy hair.

Brush everything under there.

Day 2 of Tiny Psychic Practice

Day 2 of daily psychic practice-

Meditate once - if only for a minute, to keep building on the previous foundational skill.

Add on a tiny practice to work with opening your third eye.

Breathe with your third eye-

Put your thoughts, your sense of self, in the middle of your forehead. Just be there - no need to visualize anything.

Pretend it's the only part of your body that is breathing. Feel your breathe moving in and out of the center of your forehead.

Welcome to the Practice Circle

Welcome to the Practice Circle

Before we start practicing psychic or intuitive skills, we need to build one foundational ability that everything else depends on: learning how to quiet the mind.

You do not need meditation in order to receive intuitive messages. Many people get intuitive information in everyday moments while they are driving, doing dishes, or having a conversation.

But meditation helps you learn something extremely important: how to step out of the constant mental noise that fills most of our day.

The world is full of distractions. Phones, notifications, conversations, worries about the future, replaying the past. Our minds are constantly jumping from one thought to the next. When your mind is doing that, it becomes very hard to notice subtle signals from your intuition.

So the very first practice in this group is incredibly simple.

Grounded Fire Psychic Development Circle

This group is a space for people who want to actively develop their intuitive and psychic abilities through practice, experimentation, and honest conversation.

Psychic and intuitive skills are not something you either have or don’t have. Like any form of perception, they strengthen through attention, repetition, and reflection. This group exists so we can actually do that work together.

Inside this space we will explore exercises designed to strengthen intuitive awareness. This may include energy sensing, symbolism, tarot and oracle interpretation, remote perception practice, working with spirit guides, and learning how to trust the signals your own mind and body are already receiving.

Members are encouraged to share their experiences, ask questions, talk about blocks they are encountering, and support each other as they learn.

You may be brand new to intuitive development or you may already practice professionally. Both are welcome here. The goal is not perfection. The goal is curiosity, growth, and learning how to recognize the difference between imagination, intuition, and genuine insight.

Practice posts, exercises, and discussion prompts will be shared regularly.

Come experiment. Come learn. Come strengthen your signal.

Waffles and Sunday Pancakes

Waffles and Sunday pancakes.

Puppy dog tails, birds, and sails.

Through the wind, the ocean, and overcoast.

Magic and sunrise and buttered toast.
