Intuitive Workshop- Under the Labels: Reclaim Who You Are

Most people think they know who they are… but what they actually know is what they’ve been called, what they’ve had to be, and what they learned to perform to survive.

This workshop is a collaborative, on-camera experience focused on self-discovery and self-empowerment. We’re not doing a “listen to the teacher” setup. We’re doing it together in real time, using guided prompts and intuitive reflection to separate what’s true from what was assigned, and what was built as protection.

You’ll work through a simple process to:

• Identify the labels that have shaped your choices, relationships, and confidence

• Break down one label that still has weight, so you can see what it was doing for you and what it costs you now

• Translate survival patterns into balanced strengths you can use on purpose
