Cancellation Policy
🌙 Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to honor both your time and ours with clear and fair boundaries. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, as we are often unable to fill that space on short notice. We know that emergencies happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, please email us at melanie@groundedfire.works as soon as possible. We may offer a refund or rescheduling option at our discretion, depending on the situation.
