Part 2 of The Unlived Life workshop is where the work deepens.
In the first session, we named the life that didn’t unfold. The career not chosen. The relationship not pursued. The version of ourselves that stayed quiet when we wanted to speak, or turned away when something inside us wanted to move forward.
But the unlived life is not just a regret. It is a message.
In this second workshop we cross the threshold from reflection into reclamation. Through guided visualization, writing exercises, and small group conversation, participants will meet the alternate self who made the other choice and explore what that version of their life was carrying.
Together we will look at the deeper layer beneath the unlived life: the permission wound. The belief, message, or moment that once made that path feel impossible.
